Our Search And Rescue Dogs are trained to detect and locate people in a variety of Emergency situations, such as natural disasters, wilderness searches, and Urban Rescue. They work tirelessly alongside their handlers to help find missing people and bring them to safety. These dogs are often the difference between life and death for those in need, and they are true heroes. It takes at two years to train a Search and rescue Dog to reach the UK National Standards so it requires immense effort and dedication on the part of the handler, and the dog, to achieve this.

 

As we are a voluntary organisation we relay on Public donations. Donation will cover the costs of equipment, transportation, qualifications and veterinary care, among other things.
